A Lifetime of Healthy Living
My interest in nutrition and fitness began when I was young. I grew up active, spending time outside, playing sports, and riding my bike wherever I could. As a result, that early foundation shaped my lifelong belief that health is built through daily habits, not perfection.
I have also remained a runner for many years and still enjoy staying active in my fifties. From hiking trails and playing pickleball to scuba diving, spending time at the beach, and even exploring an interest in Hyrox training, staying fit allows me to keep up with the adventures I love. My own experience reinforces the importance of movement, balanced nutrition, and consistent routines for healthy aging and longevity.
Why Longevity Matters to Me
Staying fit and fully functional isn’t just a professional goal—it’s deeply personal. As a wife, a mother of three adult children, and a grandmother, my biggest driving factor is being able to care for my family and never become a physical burden. Whether I’m getting down on the floor to play with my first grandchild (with another on the way!) or actively supporting my other children, I want to move without age holding me back. Slowing down isn’t an option when there’s so much life to enjoy and family to support.
Practical Coaching for Lifelong Vitality
My philosophy is simple: the choices we make every day matter. My goal is to help you make positive, realistic changes that support better health over time. I believe in steady progress, not extremes, and in building habits that help you feel strong, capable, and confident for years to come. True health isn’t about rigid rules or spending hours in the gym every single day. Instead, it is about finding a sustainable rhythm that fits seamlessly into your real life, your family routines, and your personal goals. With a little patience and the right support, you can build lifelong vitality that feels entirely natural.
Guided by Faith
The “About Me” page would not be complete without sharing a statement about my faith.
I am a Christian. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior. He is the only ticket into Heaven.
We are all sinners in this broken world.
Jesus paid the price in full. He died on the cross for our transgressions. Three days later, He rose from the dead.
He knew no sin but took on ours so that we can know everlasting life.
His grace shapes how I interact with and support my clients every day.
“Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.” — Ephesians 4:32
Our Bodies as Living Temples

When I was saved at the age of twelve at summer camp, something profound clicked for me. For the first time, the biblical concept of taking care of our bodies—which house the Holy Spirit—made complete sense. In the Old Testament, the Jewish people went to extraordinary lengths to carefully clean, maintain, and honor the physical temple as a sacred space for God’s presence.
Yet, as Christians in the New Testament era, we have the incredible privilege of housing the Holy Spirit directly within us. That raises a simple but powerful question: if the ancient temple deserved such meticulous care, why don’t we treat our own living temples with the same level of intentionality? Too often, we neglect our physical health, letting daily stress or fatigue take over.
Faith and fitness are deeply connected because caring for your physical vessel is a form of stewardship. Through intentional longevity fitness and balanced nutrition, we can honor that calling—building strength, mobility, and energy so we can continue to serve others and enjoy the life God has given us.
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore, glorify God in your body.” — I Corinthians 6:19-20
